Financial Analyst II

Are you ready to take the next step in your Finance career? LHH is seeking a Financial Analyst near Lakeville, MN that has sales trade finance experience. This is a hybrid role targeting someone with a couple years experience, career minded, and a go-getter! One of your main responsibilities will be providing trade and pricing support to help maximize long term value for specific selling channels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial results for specific brands
• Be a key contributor making recommendations to improve financial performance
• Create new product P&L
• Validating cost inputs such as raw materials, labor and transportation

Qualifications

• Moderate to advanced use of Excel
• Strong financial reporting background

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics

Experience

• 2 years experience in analytical role
• Prior experience building P&L, budgets, and analyzing investments

Skills

• Strong problem solving skills
• Self-Starter, someone who is experienced in Finance and ready to jump in
• Analytical and high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and seek resources as needed
• Capable of multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
• Must be organized

Compensation/Benefits

• $80,000-$110,000 bonus
• title will be based on years of prior experience
