Responsibilities:
  • Ensure end user satisfaction through effective communication and first-time resolution
  • Hardware and software installations and upgrades
  • Active Directory Onboarding and offboarding
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (relevant work experience may be substituted for degree)
  • 1 years of experience in IT Support position
  • Windows 10/11 and Active Directory experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
