Job Overview:
As a Sales Retention Specialist / Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and maintaining relationships with our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, proactive follow-ups, and personalized service. You will also collaborate closely with our sales and service teams to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and addressing customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and retention.
• Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction post-purchase and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and promote repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to identify opportunities for additional products or services based on customer needs.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take proactive steps to improve retention rates.
• Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer retention, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
