As an authorized dealer of Hunter Douglas window coverings, we can help control home light with style. Our range includes everything from elegant drapes to practical blinds, all variety of fabrics, textures, and colors.

But we're more than just a furniture store. Our team of experienced interior designers is always on hand to help clients bring their vision to life.

Whether they're looking to refresh a single room or redesign entire home, we can guide you through the process, from initial concept to final installation.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing order processing for customers using proprietary order-entry systems.
  • Work with customers, sales reps and sales management over the phone and email.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Work with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems.
  • Process purchase orders and order restock of inventory.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Maintain relationships, gather feedback, and follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Answer pricing and product inquiries.
  • Execute contract maintenance and inform customers of pricing contract changes
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner
  • Microsoft Office including; Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
  • Great follow up skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Self-starter.
  • Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems (i.e., consolidate shipments from various suppliers and ensure documentation for export is correct)
