Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Ground Crew members to join our team. As a Ground Crew member, you will be responsible for maintaining the work environment on the ground. This is a hands-on position that requires physical labor.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as hauling, trimming, and raking.
- Perform basic repairs on equipment as needed
- Ensure that areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:
- Previous experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of tree trimming techniques is a plus
- Ability to operate and maintain various hand tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
