Qualifications
- Experience in construction and trades
- Experience in Project Management preferred

REPORTS TO: Superintendent
JOB GOAL: To ensure district buildings and properties are kept in a workable manner.
Performance Responsibilities
- Oversees and Maintains:
- All HVAC in all district buildings and all district housing units.
- AC, heating schedule occupied, unoccupied for all buildings
- Fire sprinkler systems
- Wyoming State Fire Marshal Statutes
- All scheduled maintenance of all district reports sent to state fire marshal for fire drills, range hoods, fire extinguishers yearly generator report
- Emergency Drills in district buildings
- Fire panels in all buildings
- Security alarms - monthly and yearly maintenance
- Building electrical exit and egress reports monthly and yearly
- Bi-yearly maintenance reports on all new district roofs
- Work orders system for all maintenance items throughout the buildings and housing units.
- All district kitchen appliances, walk-in coolers and freezers, range and exhaust hoods
- High school elevator, generator, elementary generator
- Exterior and interior lighting for all buildings
- Irrigation and sprinkler systems
- District and housing water and sewer lines
- All scheduled maintenance of all district buildings
- All equipment in the district maintenance and facilities department
- Upgrades plan for all district waterlines and water storage tanks, sewer lines.
- Key systems for district
- Manages all keys for all district buildings
- Coordinates electronic access of buildings and rooms with IT Department
- Security and record of the key system for all district buildings
- Plans/Coordinates/Organizes:
- Construction in the school district
- Major maintenance projects
- District purchasing processes
- Acquire bids on new projects within district
- Works with business manager and State Facilities Commission on major projects
- Organize quotes for new equipment (snow plows, lawn mowers, etc.)
- Organizes all supplies for district building and grounds
- Air handling filters, construction supplies
- Works with District Superintendent on a 1 - 10 year maintenance plan for all district buildings and housing units.
- General Work Duties
- Attends work regularly and notifies supervisor when he/she will be absent.
- Must be on-call for emergency situations
- Completes assigned duties accurately and promptly.
- Maintains an appropriate, flexible schedule and adapts to change in an appropriate manner.
- Manages time well.
- Attends staff, and professional meetings.
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned by supervisor.
