Primary Job ResponsibilitiesDesktop Troubleshooting and End-User Support requestsDocument, implement, monitor, and support infrastructure and end-user issuesWork through IT requests via phone, email or instant message and explaining and deploying solutions in technical and nontechnical termsAssist in responding to alerts or emergency issues during normal business hoursProvide or help create end-user documentation and training as neededPerform computer back-up procedures for data in accordance with backup policiesProvide preventive maintenance of all computer hardware and software, coordinating with external vendorsCoordinate with Corporate IT team on a regular basis for support resolution and project-based workAssist with new facility launches, upgrades and supportComplete daily IT checklists as required as part of preventative and proactive monitoringExpectationsSafety consciousTeam OrientedSelf-MotivatedGood AttendancePunctualMust be self-motivated and able to work independentlyCandidates must have stable and reliable WIFIQualification and ExperienceWorking towards a degree from an accredited College or University in Computer Science or related fieldPrevious experience in Information Technology or related field a plusAbility to install and support Microsoft Office and other desktop software productsExperience with mobile devices running Android or iOS and their administrationComputer Hardware troubleshooting including printers, desktops, laptops, and other peripheralsMust be detail oriented and have excellent problem solving and analytical abilitiesVMware vSphere and/or vCenter Experience a plusExperience with Office and Microsoft 365 a plusLaptop and desktop images
