**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and leadership. If you have a passion for technology sales and possess excellent negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead a sales team to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Manage key client accounts and maintain strong relationships
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients
- Provide technical sales support to customers
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on Janitorial or Janitorial products
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively
- Ability to negotiate and close deals successfully
- Experience in account management and customer relationship building
- Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and market trends
- Previous experience in outside sales is preferred
