Position Responsibilities:

Securitas has an exciting career opportunity for a District Manager in the Las Vegas / Hendersonville, Nevada to support on-site guarding operations locally. Regular travel to and from sites within the district is expected. This position is ideal for candidates who are willing and able to be physically present daily at the assigned branch office and district client sites. This position is also ideal for candidates who can directly develop high caliber internal teams, apply notable client service approaches, use computer technology systems to perform administrative responsibilities such as scheduling and data analysis, and otherwise effectively manage and develop multi-site branch operations to drive profitability. Compensation:

This full-time W-2 position provides a starting annual salary range of $75,000 to $80,000, a $500 monthly car allowance, eligibility to participate in an annual incentive program, comprehensive benefits for both self and qualifying dependents, 401K with company matching, employee discounts, internal and external developmental opportunities, and more. Paid time off is also provided based on annual accrual and includes 15 vacations days, 4 floating holidays, 6 sick days, and 7 company holidays.
