- 4 years employment law experience
- Experience in employment litigation, executive compensation and transitions, non-competition disputes, discrimination and wrongful termination claims, wage and hour disputes
- Exceptional research, writing and oral advocacy
- Strong academic background and ABA-accredited law school preferred
- Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
- Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
