S.A.F.E Management of Nevada is Hiring a Security Coordinator Near Las Vegas, NV
- Ensure that the S.A.F.E. standards outlined in the S.A.F.E. handbooks, training materials, and event notes, as well as our mission statement, are being met and exceeded by yourself and all staff working at events for which you are responsible:
- Communicating correct information

- Creating and maintaining an enjoyable and safe environment
- Facility Security:
- Assist in scheduling S.A.F.E. Management Allegiant Stadium Teammates including but not limited to additional load in & load out major event shifts
- Support S.A.F.E. Management’s Security Coordinator with Facility Operations including but not limited to daily oversight, new hire training, continual training, quality assurance, etc.
- Responsible for Facility Security Administrative bookkeeping including but not limited to trainings, PTO & PST, benefits, roster upkeep, etc.
- Support S.A.F.E. Management Security Coordinator in employee timekeeping for facility shifts and daily work including, load-in, and Team Store/Stadium Tours
- Investigate and keep accurate records of stadium incidents. Provide accurate documentation and upload to Stadium’s 24/7 Management System
- Provide video playback for incidents and disclose findings in a timeline report
- Be able to adapt to Management decisions and adjust responsibilities, depending on operational needs
- Administration:
- S.A.F.E. Management of Nevada’s PILB Roster maintenance
- S.A.F.E. Management of Nevada’s Goodhire background check process including, submittals, investigations, annual reports, etc.
- Uploading employee rosters into Allegiant Stadiums ABI system for all events when necessary
- Office Requirements:
- Answering emails
- Check and return voicemails/emails no later than 24 hours of receipt
- Be able to answer general payroll questions
- Assist in receiving and replying to general staff inquiries as needed
- Able to work flexible hours based on facility and event needs including shifts changes
- Be liaison between ASM Security and building partners with S.A.F.E. Management leadership
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast pace, dynamic environment while understanding the time-sensitivity of live events
- Flexibility to quickly and effectively respond to shifting business needs and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly
- A “team first” approach
- CCTV experience preferred
- Facility Security experience preferred
