**Job Description:**
We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team. The Client Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
**Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries via in-person
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and account status
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate issues when necessary
- Update client records and maintain accurate documentation of interactions
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
