Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for managing the supply chain, sourcing parts, and providing support in HVAC and automotive repair systems. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Source and order parts required for HVAC and automotive repair systems
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels
- Price parts accurately based on market value and company guidelines
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to meet specific requirements
- Utilize AS400 system to manage parts inventory and transactions
- Assist with shipping and receiving of parts
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting technicians and customers with part inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Experience in sourcing parts from various vendors
- Proficient in HVAC and automotive repair systems
- Ability to accurately price parts based on market value
- Mechanical knowledge to fabricate or modify parts as needed
- Familiarity with AS400 system or similar inventory management software
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $18.55 - $22.34 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
