A property management group is seeking to hire an AP Specialist. Looking for a candidate who has full cycle AP experience and is comfortable handling 200 invoices per week. Looking for someone that is detail oriented and can hit deadlines. Ideally would like someone with Property Management experience or multi-entity business experience. In this seat you will report to the Controller and use Enumerate software which is similar to Yardi. The right candidate for this job has high volume invoicing experience, has a background handling GL and journal entry duties, and has relevant industry exposure.

Duties:

• Oversee the accounts payable process and team to ensure invoices are processed accurately and timely
• Analyze financial data and reports to identify discrepancies or issues
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve any payment discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with SOX and tax regulations related to accounts payable
• Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records
• Supervise payroll functions and work closely with Paychex for payroll processing

Experience:

• Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and accounting principles
• 5 years of progressive experience in accounts payable
• High volume invoicing experience
• Strong attention to detail
