We are looking for a Production Manager I, Manufacturing - 3rd Shift
Accountability Objective:
Direct several manufacturing teams in their efforts to continuously improve through the application of Lean concepts. Reporting to the Production Manager III, this role will drive quality, productivity and safety that consistently exceed customer and Company expectations. Must have a strong record of process improvement accomplishments through team engagement.

Requirements/Qualifications:
· Ability to work 3rd shift
· 1 years’ prior experience in Manufacturing, Fulfillment leadership or related field.
· Demonstrated knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement.
· Influential collaborator who builds highly productive and respectful relationships across all levels of the organization as well with external partners.
· Proven leader with deep understanding of manufacturing operations and a track record of achieving business objectives.
· Ability to develop creative, executable ideas and strategies.
· Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and be able to balance multiple priorities.
· Proficient with Microsoft office experience as well as ERP/Warehouse Management System Experience.
· Flexible to meet customer’s needs / training.
