Weekend Supervisor

About the Role

As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the staff on the weekend shift and ensuring that all staff are on schedule and on task. As a supervisor, you will ensure that the staff are trained properly and have all required paperwork available. You will also ensure that the staff have a safe and enjoyable shift. Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7p-7a, 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.

Essential Functions
Ensure that all staff are on schedule and on task

• Ensure that all required paperwork is available for training
• Manage staff schedules to ensure everyone is on duty at the correct time
• Ensure that everyone is following OSHA regulations
• Report any safety concerns immediately to management
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and managers
• Handle customer concerns in a timely manner with a friendly attitude
• Perform duties according to company standards in accordance with OSHA regulations and Countryside Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Cente policies
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
Registered Nurse

• Prior experience as a supervisor or in a healthcare setting (preferred)
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, vendors, vendors’ staff, vendors, customers, and co-workers.
• Must be able to maintain composure under stressful conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
