The ideal candidate provide analysis and reporting of financials, including compiling and analyzing financial information, managing account groups of the general ledger system. Ensures that reports, filings and documentation comply with company regulations, professional standards, and GAAP reporting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze and report financial information utilizing US GAAP and professional standards.
• Serve as a liaison between external auditors and internal business process owners managing communications and coordination of the annual audit and quarterly review activities.
• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close.
• Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes.
• Research and analyze expense variances for company management.
• Participate in other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5 years' of professional accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• CPA preferred (or in progress).
