Summerview Partners manages multiple properties in Iowa and Minnesota and have some of the top performing locations in the IHG system. A successful candidate will have the following skills:

*Proven Leadership experience

*Ability to make a positive impact on guest and team member satisfaction

*Basic understanding of HR functions

*Ability to work with and complete tasks with deadlines involved

*Excellent communication skills

*Ability to sell the property to potential guests

* Be accountable to the overall operations of the hotel

*Ability to operate MS office programs and knowledge of hospitality software

Previous hospitality management experience preferred, but we will train the successful candidate.
