FREIGHT in Leadville, CO is looking for one front desk agent to join our 27 person strong team. We are located on 320 E 9th St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and detail oriented.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings as needed
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Make guest reservations and work with several computer data basis
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
