SUMMARY:
As part of the team, you will conduct sourcing activities and reduce costs to maximize the value of our existing assets while pursuing procurement excellence to unlock our company’s full potential and deliver on our existing purpose, strategic priorities, and objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Establish value-add business partner relationships with internal stakeholders across various cost centers and project teams
*Drive sourcing event activities including developing, publishing, managing, and awarding for the supply of goods and services across multiple categories and business entities.
*Gather and analyze data related to category performance and suppliers as required
*Identify cost improvement opportunities for assigned categories and implement measures to systematically reduce costs
*Utilize SAP for P2P process work including order creation, management, and closing
*Manage all procurement-related activities arising from Change Requests
*Conduct supplier management activities for assigned categories to enhance relationships and exceed performance expectations
JOB-RELATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
*Intermediate/advanced understanding of cost-controlling fundamentals for capex projects and opex expenses
*Ability to drive simple to complex negotiations and maintain sustainable stakeholder and supplier relationships
*General understanding of all procurement processes with advanced knowledge of a Source-to-Contract (S2C) process
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
*Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field a plus, not a requiement
*Intermediate to advanced knowledge and (5 years) experience sourcing supply categories to operate and maintain industrial facilities including civil/mechanical construction, inspection, electrical/instrumentation, painting, and facility services
*Advanced knowledge of P2P transactions, reports
*Advanced knowledge of SAP
*Must have experience from: Chemicals, Oil & Gas or Manufacturing environment
*Must have purchasing experience of Maintenance, I&E, Construction Projects and/or Terminal Projects, CapX
*Strong preference for experience with heavy industrial services or maintenance services.
Salary $95K - $109K plus 5% bonus.
