Job SummaryThe maintenance position is responsible for ensuring that the facilities and equipment are in good working condition. This includes performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure that everything is functioning properly.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Repair equipment and facilities as needed
- Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure they are functioning properly
- Order and maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in maintenance or related field
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment
The maintenance position may require working in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings. The position may also require working in confined spaces or at heights. The position may require working evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Salary and Benefits
