- Assist in affirmative action planning

- Support employee development initiatives
- Collaborate with hiring managers to leverage recruiting tools like Taleo and Lever
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
