Job Title: Material Handling Operator 3
Pay Rate: $20 to $22/HR
Duration: 11 months
Location: Lebanon, OH
Shift - 8 am - 4:30 pm

• Accepts incoming goods and compares them with the shipping document (Material number, description, quantity, RMA, Purchase Order).
• Checks incoming goods for visible damage, documents them and provides the information if required.
• Takes care of the correct use of transport equipment (hand-guided industrial trucks, forklifts, etc.).
• Captures relevant data in data processing systems.
• Arrange the acceptance, storage, cycle counting, service order release, and picking of goods in the storage area and record them in the appropriate systems.
• Organizes and manages stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area.
• Assembles deliveries out of given storage compartments and reviews for completeness and accuracy (e.g. quantity and article number in reference to the respective delivery notes).
• Completes packaging of deliveries with regard to shipping instructions, common methods of dispatch, types of packaging, and other instructions (e.g. Dangerous Goods) in the given framework.
• Adds the corresponding shipping documents to the outgoing goods.
• Completes transport inside and if applicable outside the premises with professional usage of appropriate means of transportation.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of packing, shipping, and receiving experience.
• SAP Experience.
• Transportation carrier experience.
• Forklift and Reach truck experience.
• Inventory management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite of tools and in Microsoft Outlook.
• Able to communicate effectively across all levels and manage business continuity.
• High levels of self-motivation and discipline, commitment to continuous improvement, and high-quality assurance standards.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
