Job Description :

Position Responsibilities :

• Provide advice and guidance to customer on operational and troubleshooting issues for F / A-18 Avionics systems, its wiring, and specialty coverage.
• Aviation Electrical background, with in debt knowledge / experience troubleshooting Electrical System related discrepancies.
• Monitors product performance and makes recommendations for resolution of potential issues.
• Analyzes technical data and evaluates maintenance procedures.
• Develops and conducts ad-hoc training.
• Interpret technical documents and monitors Avionics / Wiring product performance,
• Uses multi-disciplined technical expertise and company product support resources to assist the customer to achieve and sustain a high level of proficiency in the operation and maintenance of the F / A-18 Hornet aircraft.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

• Minimum 7 years interpreting engineering drawings, schematics & technical publications.
• At the sole discretion of leadership, must be willing and able (on potentially short notice) to deploy / travel to a variety of locations (domestic and international) and for a variety of deployment durations to meet customer needs and the statement of work.

Unless compelling reasons exist, failure to deploy / travel will be considered as a resignation.

5 years of experience on F / A-18 Hornet Avionics and Wiring Repair.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

Minimum 7 years of experience on F / A-18 E / F is desired.

Typical Education / Experience :

Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.

g. Master 4 years of related work experience, 10 years of related work experience, etc.)

Education :

Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years related work experience, a Masters degree and typically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
