Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the CEO
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate parties
- Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Coordinate and assist with special projects as assigned by the CEO
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Follow up with customers over the phone about quality of services provided
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using phone systems, clerical tasks, and office management software
- Excellent calendar management skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional proofreading skills to ensure error-free documents
