Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD Annually
DescriptionCost Accounting Manager
Key Duties
- Formulate and adjust inventory and cost standards, encompassing production and overhead expenses.
- Monitor and assess routine activities, establishing the financial condition by creating and applying systems for gathering, scrutinizing, authenticating, and disseminating data.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and supply chain team to formulate and adjust inventory and cost standards, including production and overhead costs.
- Demonstrable experience as a Cost Accounting Manager or Accounting Manager.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and extensive knowledge of enterprise accounting software (ERP) and databases.
- Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and practices.
- A minimum of 5 years of cost accounting experience or over 10 years of accounting experience.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, ERP inventory management, or inventory valuation is highly preferred.
