- Starting at $21.50/hr
- Shift differentials $1.50-$2.50
- FT: 7a-3p & 3p-11p
- PT: all shifts
- Per Diem: All shifts

Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to our residents/patients in a home-like setting
- Interact with residents and families on a daily basis
- Utilize customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional stay
- Handle advanced directives and end-of-life care
- Follow the Resident Care Standards and Practices
- Assist with meals, transfers using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming
- Valid CNA license in MA
- Prior related experience preferred
- Proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
- Understands quality of care and life objectives
