Job Description: Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource Manager oversees the implementation of the People & Culture strategy at the site level. This role involves managing workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, legal compliance, and payroll processes. The HR Manager acts as a primary point of contact for employees and partners closely with management to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR guidance and coaching to line management
• Enhance employee engagement and retention
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws
• Manage full cycle recruitment for hourly non-exempt associates
• Conduct investigations and manage employee relations issues
• Lead new hire onboarding and training
• Maintain accurate employee documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex employee relations
• Minimum 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience
• Proficiency in Google Suite and HR systems
• Strong knowledge of employment laws
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high discretion
