Location: Onsite in Lindon, UT
Pay Range: $35 to $40 a hour
Type: Temp 3 Month ProjectBrief List of Job Duties:
- Oversee employee relations while handling departmental issues.
- Perform talent development tasks.
- Analyze HR data and assist with policy enforcement.
- Assist with payroll, employee onboarding, and benefits management when needed.
- Maintain filing systems, data organization, and run reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Able to work onsite in Lindon, UT.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist.
- Computer Proficient (Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, CRM)
- Excellent communication, decision making, and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or GED
