Divihn Integration is Hiring a Java Developer (Vehicle Systems) Near Lisle, IL
Location: Lisle, IL (will be open to remote but trying to keep the positions local)
Duration: 6 MonthsMandatoryAt least 5-7 years of experience with excellent knowledge in the following areas:CAN communication protocol (Controller Area Network) [J1939 & UDS protocols a plus]*
Electronic control module design, development, calibration, or diagnosis
Java development
DB technologies (DB2, SQL Server, MongoDB, Hibernate, Derby)
REST and SOAP web services (JAX-B, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, GSON)
Apache Tomcat installation and configuration
Familiarity with SW dev environments - UML, relational DBs, distributed version control (tagging, managing branching and merging), continuous integration. ADO experience is a plus.
Ability to write efficient code with documentation.
Commercial truck or automotive industries, especially electronics, a plus.
Jira for agile develop development & release management.
Duties: Work with other developers, analysts, and management; interpret functional and technical specifications; design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions for global electronic service tools (diagnostics and programming) and electronic end-of-line programming.
CAN bus targeted
Ongoing usability
Eliminating technical debt.
