Hillside Medical Group is seeking a manager for a Multidisciplinary clinic. We are looking to add Gynecology, Immediate Care & Pediatrics and recruiting a supervisor which will lead into a office manager position. This individual must be willing to learn all aspects of clinic from front office to MA, multitask and work in a fast paced environment.

Job Duties:

1- Maintains an orderly and efficient office routine.

2- Assures cash drawer and CC machines are balanced at end of day.

3- Assure staff is adequately trained and equipped to preform their jobs.

4- Communicate and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

5- Address performance and disciplinary issues.

6- Resolve and approve billing golds, review customers feedback, and address customer service issues.

7- Monitor supply inventories and ordering of supply.

8- Identify community marketing opportunities and engage staff in grassroots marketing.

9- Inspect and maintain record on facilities and equipment.

10- Preform front-end and/or clinical tasks as back-up in case of absence or high demand.

11- Other duties as given by practice director.

Job Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent and FIVE year management in a medical office is a PLUS.
• Familiarity with medical billing system, medical coding, and basic medical terminology.
• Understand and be competend to perform the front desk registration and medical assistant position.
• Complete training in HIPAA, medical coding, blood borne pathogens.
• Proficient to use the train others in common PC applications including internet, email, and Microsoft office.
• Superior customer service skills t handle escalated issues.
• Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate new and current staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
