Position Overview
The Computer Operator II is responsible for monitoring all computer operations system jobs and ensuring the updates, files, and electronic transactions are processed accurately and timely for all core banking modules and 3rd parties for the appropriate shift. This includes monitoring scheduled incoming and outgoing files, addressing all error messages displayed on the operator’s terminal, via email, or through automation tools, escalating issues to their supervisor and\or on-call personnel or to the core banking vendor, and communicating issues and workflow processes between shifts.
