Continuous Improvement Specialist - Lockbourne, OhioDISHER is currently partnering with a company that designs and implements end-to-end service supply chain strategies for rapidly expanding high-tech companies in their search for a Continuous Improvement Specialist. This role is a continuous process analyst, dedicated to identifying, developing and executing operational improvement projects within the field network and warehouse operations.

What you will get to do:
  • Conduct analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to understand current workflows
  • Use LEAN and quality principles to design and document process, work instructions, and training materials
  • Test processes for effectiveness, perform time studies and build scalable processes for volume increases
  • Asses the training program regarding operational processes and any training needed to improve operations
  • Manage customer complaints and take corrective actions where necessary
  • Process solutions based on customers design requirements
  • Develop process controls
  • Oversee implementation support
