Premier Group Partners is Hiring a Real Estate Sales Buyers Agent Near Locust Grove, GA

We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and changes
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors

Requirements:
- Valid real estate license
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Familiarity with property management principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Note: Administrative skills are important for managing paperwork and client records, while property management knowledge is valuable for assisting clients with rental properties. Organizational skills are essential for managing multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Real estate law knowledge is necessary to ensure compliance with legal requirements throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
