Loading Dock Inc. is Hiring an Installation Manager Near Lodi, NJ

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate the installation of overhead doors and loading dock equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background and excellent leadership skills to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to schedule installations
- Oversee the installation process, including equipment setup, testing, and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

- Attend coordination and production meetings with the PM to develop activities and amend possible problems related to installation

- Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

- Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products

- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day job site logistics and work activities

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with scheduling prior to the installation and revise day-to-day field activities

- Manage on-site materials, reconcile material shipments, and coordinate the delivery of equipment and material with Warehouse Coordinator

- Provide the management team with accurate documentation of the project's current status, along with photos and a daily schedule of installations.

- Assist with site visits and field surveys

Qualifications:

- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

- Must be able to read construction drawings
- Proven experience in installation management or a related field
- Strong construction knowledge with the ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Experience in overhead doors, or related fields is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Field service experience is preferred

- Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel
