AppleOne Employment Services is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Support sales executives by managing and maintaining customer accounts.
Perform order entry and ensure accurate processing of sales orders.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite to prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of experience in an inside sales or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
