The ideal candidate possesses natural organizational skills, has a strong professional foundation, and enjoys taking initiative.Responsibilities:The day-to-day responsibilities would entail:
- Managing all aspects of company-related claims, including preparing responses to legal requests, subpoenas, etc.
- Attending Claim Review meetings
- Managing Claim Loss Runs
- Interfacing with various levels of personnel
- Creating and managing claim and compliance files – both electronic and hard copy
- Attending claim meetings
- Ensuring accurate Compliance related documentation
- 3 years’ experience (a plus, but not required)
- Highly motivated team player
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to foresee needs before they arise and come up with solutions to problems quickly
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
