Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise landscaping installation crews to ensure work is performed efficiently and safely.
- Oversee all aspects of landscaping installation projects, including hardscape and softscape installations.
- Manage and coordinate project schedules, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with landscaping plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with project managers to communicate project progress and any potential issues.
- Maintain and inspect tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Monitor project budgets and work to control costs.
- Uphold safety standards and promote a culture of safety among the team.
- Proven experience in landscaping installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the landscaping industry.
- Bi-lingual is a plus, not a requirement.
