Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer support and ensure a positive experience for all visitors. This is a full-time position located in our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Manage reservations and update guest information in the computer system
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and proofreading documents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of dental or medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Professional appearance and demeanor
