Insight Global is looking for a well-versed IT Systems Administrator to sit onsite Monday - Friday here in Louisville KY. There could be occasional hybrid/remote flexibility for this IT Systems Administrator, but most of the time it would be expected for them to work onsite. This is for a vastly large nursing organization that prides themselves on expanding access to the nursing education.

Desired Skills:

• 2-3 years of server/application support, implementation, and administration working within Microsoft Windows Servers
• Active Directory: Group policy experience
• Printer troubleshooting experience: (They use Ricco printers)
• PowerShell scripting experience
• Background provisioning, installing, configuring operation and maintaining hardware, software and infrastructure in Windows
• Windows webservers experience - providing and maintain webspace (Microsoft IIS)

Job Description:

This IT Server Administrator is going to help with a current workload and provide support to 21 locations across the country. They will be provisioning, installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining hardware, software and infrastructure for the practices. They would be responsible for computers, mobile devices, printers, software, security and network issues. They should have strong experience with Windows 10 operating systems, Active Directory ticketing system, VPN and Azure cloud. The Administrator will be interacting with management within the offices, faculty and students. This Administrator must be professional to interact with many individuals while on site.
