Job Summary: Cornerstone of Recovery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the ongoing operations and strategic direction of our substance abuse facility. The COO will play a crucial role in driving our mission forward, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our treatment programs.

Duties:

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and initiatives specific to substance abuse treatment to enhance patient care and facility operations.
• Lead change management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and adapt to evolving regulatory and treatment standards.
• Oversee business development activities focused on expanding our services and outreach within the substance abuse treatment community.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts across all departments to optimize processes and enhance the quality of care provided.
• Manage budgeting processes and financial performance to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth.
• Provide senior leadership by supervising department heads, setting strategic goals, and monitoring performance metrics related to patient outcomes and operational efficiencies.

Experience:

• Proven track record in senior leadership roles within healthcare operations, preferably in substance abuse treatment or related fields.
• Strong expertise in change management, business development, process improvement, budgeting, and project management.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams effectively in a clinical setting.
