We need Part-Time, Full-Time, & PRN Occupational Therapist Assistants to join our team at Continuum Therapy Partners in Southwest Ohio & Northwest, KY.As an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) at Continuum Therapy Partners, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Occupational Therapists in delivering exceptional care to patients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy programs aimed at improving the functional abilities of individuals across the lifespan.
You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Collaborating with Occupational Therapists to implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Providing direct occupational therapy services under the guidance & supervision of licensed therapists
  • Assisting in conducting assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, & goals
  • Facilitating therapeutic activities & exercises designed to enhance clients' fine & gross motor skills, cognitive abilities, & activities of daily living
  • Documenting patients progress accurately & in a timely manner, adhering to all regulatory & organizational guidelines
  • Educating clients & their families on home exercise programs & strategies for improving daily functioning.
  • Contributing to team meetings, sharing insights & participating in collaborative care planning
  • Staying informed about advancements in occupational therapy & participate in professional development activities to enhance skills & knowledge
  • Upholding ethical & professional standards in all interactions with patients, families, & team members
You'll Need To Have:
  • An Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate & collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassionate & client-centered approach to therapy
  • Excellent organizational & time-management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, & ethical standards related to occupational therapy practice
