We are seeking a Sales Analyst to work alongside the Channel Sales Directors and senior management in reviewing customer and market data and transform the information in to actionable matrix. The Sales Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development of sell in and sell through reports from key customers, Review Inventory reports and weeks on hand. Flag demand issues that could impact the sales targets and work with finance and SIOP teams to develop clear forecasts. The position collaborates closely with multiple internal functions both gathering input and disseminating information as part of a monthly planning process that addresses volume, mix, and timing. Responsibilities Collect, and analyze sales data from various sources, including CRM systems, sales reports, and market research (SSI) Identify trends, patterns, and insights from sales data to support decision-making and strategy development. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate sales performance and key metrics. Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities and potential risks. Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts and projections. Assist in setting sales targets and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives. Monitor sales performance against forecasts and budgets, identifying variances and providing insights for corrective actions. Work with finance and SIOP teams in reviewing demand forecast and financial forecasts. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business or closely related field (Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Market Research, Economics, Forecasting or Market Intelligence) • 2-4 years of experience in a related field • A learning mindset with a sense of curiosity combined with strong analytical skills. • Excellent communication & presentation skills including consensus building experience. • Able to manage & operate in an environment with a high degree of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity • Organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently while managing time efficiently. • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and/or other data reporting tools including Power BI • Experience with CRM Dynamics and or Salesforce a plus • Passion for the water and/or interest in propulsion systems is beneficial Next is Now!
