Responsibilities: Implement the CEO/Doctor’s vision and help him be more effective in his own role.Proactively uncover office inefficiencies and oversee the implementation of more efficient systems.Establish and maintain office policies and procedures.Supervise staff and ensure adherence to office standards.Set and communicate goals for the team.Manage communication with department leads.Review and analyze various reports for operational insights.Resolve personnel issues and provide coaching when necessary with the team.Lead recruitment, hiring, and training efforts.Facilitate staff meetings and participate in management meetings.Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and events, with a focus on enhancing branding and visual aesthetics.Manage Doctor schedule and appointments.Be willing to travel to both Nacogdoches and Lufkin offices regularly. Qualifications: Excellent computer skillsPrevious experience in office management or other strong leadership position, preferably in healthcare or dental settings.Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.Organizational and analytical abilities.Proficiency in office software and systems.XeroOrtho2ExcelWordBachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.MBA preferred.Aesthetic eye with the ability to improve branding and appearance of the office and marketing materials. It is a 4-day work week, with a salary between $50,000-$80,000 depending on training and experience.
