Neem Medical Spa is Hiring an Aesthetic Nurse Injector Near Lynnfield, MA

A high demand Medical Spa practice serving both Boston and North Shore are growing and is looking for an experienced Aesthetic Cosmetic Injector. This position offers the opportunity to operate independently while being part of an amazing team. The ideal applicant must have a positive mindset, be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, and have excellent interpersonal and time management skills. We are looking for someone who can be flexible with changing priorities and can stay focused during times of uncertainty and change should they occur. Forming relationships and building trust with the team as well as our patients is integral to this role. We take pride in providing effective treatments and excellent customer service so prior experience in the field of cosmetic medicine is a preference. Must be able to provide a full treatment plan as well as product recommendation for the patient. Primarily Lynnfield location with flexibility to travel to our other two offices; Winchester and Boston when/if needed.

Education & Experience:

Current MA State License as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant.

Minimum of 1 year cosmetic injection experience in the Aesthetic field with dermal fillers, neurotoxins and other injectables.

Knowledge of various medical spa services and skin care.

Essential Skills & Abilities:

  • Establish rapport & develop an appropriate individualized treatment plan based on the patient consultation.
  • Review and clear patient history for possible contraindications.
  • Administer injectable treatments and educate patients on the treatment process including pre- and post-treatment care.
  • Ensure patient safety when performing treatments and maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation for each patient.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, following appropriate guidelines and protocols.
  • Pursue opportunities to educate patients on additional services and products.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives; Taking precise before & after photos and participate in outside networking events, as necessary.
  • Sustain proficiency through continued education and trainings.
  • Must be dependable and flexible and have the ability to travel between clinics as necessary.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as with a team.

· Must have the ability to understand, problem solve and handle complications if they arise without direction.

· EMR proficient.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Cosmetic Injection: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • RN, PA, or NP License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)

Work Location: Lynnfield location with flexibility to travel to our other two offices; Winchester and Boston.

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
