Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all customers visiting our car wash.
- Assist customers with inquiries on car wash services and detailing.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work and customer area.
- Answer phones and provide customer status reports to clients via phone for mobile techs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve great customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, or electronic sales is beneficial
- Basic understanding of retail math for processing transactions accurately
- Good grammar and pleasant appearance.

Pay: $8.50 - $10.00 per hour
