RDX is Hiring a Billing Specialist Near Memphis, TN
Job Purpose:
Ensures the receivables and payables management of RDX Departments.
Essential Job Functions:
· Handling invoices that come in via email/mail from Carriers and Customers.
· Creating bills payable to Carriers and verifying all information is correct.
· Requesting PODs daily when they are due and sending reminders for upcoming loads.
· Processing credit cards payments.
· Handling Collections.
· Making changes to invoices when necessary.
· Applying Notice of Assignment or Notice of Releases to the accounts.
· Auditing of Carriers who may not have necessary documentation, such as packets.
· Auditing payments daily or monthly based on Deposits received. (shared)
· Setting up a New Vendor in the system. .
· Facilitating New customer credit verifications.
· Facilitating weekly checks sent to Carriers and spot checking that process.
· Tracking hold loads and holding or releasing when resolved.
· Training incoming Billing Specialists (shared)
· Performing other related duties as assigned by management.
