Our restaurants, commisary and catering divisions focus on:
- Chef and guest engagement
- Amazing seasonal food
- Consistent production for each store
- Providing the the same level of service off site as we do on site at our restaurants
- Always pushing the envelope on new specials and campaigns that keep our brands in the forefront of the customers we service.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a busy upscale restaurant
- Strong knowledge in controlling inventory, food and labor costs
- Is a strong leader with great communication and the ability to build and maintain a team
- Has strong organizational skills
- Holds knowledge of basic computer programs such as excel, word, google docs, and gmai
- Has positive energy that is brought with them daily
- Strong understanding of the catering business.
