Job Location: Miami, FL
Job Salary: $80k-$120k DOE
Requirements: 3 years of commercial mechanical project management
We are a 25 year-old commercial mechanical and plumbing contractor, servicing the Miami metro area. We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of projects to ensure timely completion of projects within budget parameters.
Position Overview: The Project Manager will be the point of contact for clients, managing the progress of projects from initial concept to completion. They will work closely with other members of the team to develop a project plan, assign tasks, and ensure successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept abreast of project progress
- Identify and resolve potential issues before they become problems
- Manage and track project budgets
- Maintain clear and accurate records of project tasks and milestones
- Coordinate the efforts of project team members, including subcontractors
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide feedback to team members
- 3 years of project management experience
- Experience with commercial mechanical and/ or plumbing projects
- Competitive salary (80k-$120k DOE)
