Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Service Contract Administrator
Position type: Contract
Duration : 6 months
Location: Remote - Middleton, WI
As a Service Contract Administrator you will:
Principal Responsibilities
- Sell service contracts and maintain existing customer relationships through pro-active tele sales activity. Generate new service contract quotes and close any new and renewing contracts.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly, and annual sales plan for a given territory.
- Correspond with the District Sales Managers and exchange leads regularly. Undertake deeper account/lead investigations.
- Provide management with feedback on status of new and existing business opportunities.
- Manage the customer database and qualify both inbound and outbound leads.
- Assist with audit preparation
- Ad hoc reporting and projects as needed
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Administrator experience required
- Advanced Excel Experience
- Tele-sales experience is a must and medical sales a plus.
- Excellent concept selling skills required.
- The ability to work independently or with small groups of support staff is important.

Pay Range*: $22/hr - $24/hr
